AI Visibility Tracking
See what AI answers cite. Know what to investigate next.
Keep buyer questions, recorded answers and source pages together. Learn how to turn that evidence into a useful website improvement, then start with a free modeled assessment.
We are starting with limited monthly Starter enrollment. Growth and annual plans are not open for checkout yet. We check availability before payment. Paid monitoring begins after account activation with a saved question set.
What to look for in the evidence
Answer-source coverage
For completed checks, coverage is the percentage that return your domain as an answer source. It does not measure how prominently a brand is mentioned.
Competitor domain coverage
Compare configured domains over the same completed checks. One answer can reference several domains, so their coverage percentages can overlap.
Question and provider detail
Read each question and provider separately. An unavailable or unfinished observation is different from a completed answer with no matching source.
From observation to action
A practical way to improve the page behind your next answer.
This workflow uses saved questions and completed observations in an activated monitoring account. The free assessment offers a modeled starting point; it does not run this recurring workflow.
Save a question your buyers actually ask.
In Queries, save a focused question list. In Competitors, save the domains you want to compare. Keep the wording and settings stable when you compare results. Check the saved count and monitoring status; saving a list and receiving answers are separate steps.
Read the answer’s sources and context.
In Opportunities, choose a question and inspect the provider route, recorded time and source-page links. Open a relevant source and your own page. An answer-block source may differ from an inline citation. A pending or unavailable check does not mean your brand was absent.
Choose one useful change and save the plan.
Once the saved checks are complete, select Plan an investigation beside a source. Enter an HTTPS page on your brand’s domain and describe the reader need you will address. Select Save investigation, then Reload saved plan to confirm it is there.
Publish the improvement on your website.
Add an original explanation, a specific example or evidence you can substantiate. KnewSearch records your investigation; you or your website team make the edit. After publication, record what changed and when, then select Mark change implemented.
Compare a later completed observation.
Select Compare latest check to inspect a later saved report. This does not order an immediate scan. If the report is too early or the setup has changed, wait or establish a new baseline. Read the underlying answers and track useful visits or enquiries alongside source coverage.
Engine coverage
Keep each provider’s evidence separate
Invented values illustrate how source coverage can differ across providers. They are not a live scan or account. Your free assessment is a modeled starting point; our sample report contains a separate set of dated observations.

Start with the right kind of evidence
The free assessment is a modeled starting point. Our separate sample report shows dated source lists from three completed observations for KnewSearch’s own domain. It is a concrete way to learn what an observed result can tell you.
Once monitoring is activated, paid checks use your saved questions to report answer-source coverage. Compare the same questions and provider settings, then inspect the observations behind a change. A missing domain in a source list does not prove the answer omitted the brand’s name.
A recorded API observation describes that route and time. It does not reproduce every answer someone might see in ChatGPT or Google. Read our measurement methodology for the coverage definitions and provider distinctions.
Make the useful page discoverable.
Google’s AI search guidance points to established SEO practices: helpful content, crawl access and eligibility for indexing and snippets. It does not require special AI markup. OpenAI’s publisher guidance identifies OAI-SearchBot access for inclusion in ChatGPT summaries and snippets. Access does not guarantee selection.
