Question 1

Is monitoring available now?

Accepted Answer

We are starting with limited monthly Starter enrollment. Growth and annual plans are not open for checkout yet. We check availability before payment. Paid monitoring begins after account activation with a saved question set. You can request Growth or annual access through hello@knewsearch.com; a request does not start billing. You can use the free modeled assessment today without an account, card or email.

Question 2

Which plan should I start with?

Accepted Answer

Starter includes daily checks for up to 50 buyer questions and 5 competitor domains once monitoring is activated. Growth increases those limits to 200 questions and 10 competitors. Both plans cover one brand and the same four providers, with weekly report emails once activated. Monthly Starter is the current enrollment option, subject to availability. Request Growth or annual access if you need a different plan or billing interval.

Question 3

How is the free assessment different from monitoring?

Accepted Answer

The free assessment is an AI-modeled visibility estimate for your domain. No account, card or email is needed to see it. Once activated, paid monitoring uses your saved questions and completed provider observations to report answer-source coverage. A modeled estimate is not proof that an AI answer included your brand. Optional contact consent after the free report covers that report only; it does not start weekly emails or a subscription.

Question 4

When do my question checks begin?

Accepted Answer

After your payment is confirmed and your account is activated, save your questions in Tracked Questions. That page shows readiness and check progress. Your first observed report appears when the check is complete; daily checks and weekly report emails depend on an active account and saved questions. Edits apply at the next daily check. An empty saved list pauses new checks; previously submitted checks may still finish. Pausing questions does not cancel billing.

Question 5

Which providers are included?

Accepted Answer

Once activated, both plans check Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Gemini web results, plus Perplexity's Sonar answers, through DataForSEO. These observations do not reproduce every person's chat session. Reports show domains returned as answer sources, which are not always inline citations. Observations do not guarantee future appearances, rankings or sales.

Question 6

How does annual billing work?

Accepted Answer

Annual plans are available to request for a future enrollment; they are not open for checkout yet. The published annual Starter price is $499 charged upfront for the full year, equivalent to approximately $41.58/month. That saves $89 per year (15.1%) compared with 12 monthly payments of $49. Annual Growth is $1,980 charged for the full year, equivalent to $165/month. Monthly billing is $49 for Starter or $199 for Growth. Prices are in USD; review the full amount and any applicable tax in checkout. Subscriptions renew on the selected billing cycle until canceled.

Question 7

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@knewsearch.com for help canceling your renewal. Access continues through the end of your current paid period and is not prorated. Review the Terms for billing and refund details. Do not repeat checkout to resolve an account-access problem; contact support instead.

Question 8

How does Agency work?

Accepted Answer

Agency starts at $499/month and is contact-only. Client workspaces, white-label reporting, resale arrangements and any additional client charges must be confirmed in an agreed scope before purchase. These are requirements to discuss, not features available today. Starter and Growth each cover one brand.
