Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KnewSearch (the "Service"), operated by Hendricks Agency LLC ("KnewSearch," "we," "us"). By creating an account, running a scan, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
KnewSearch measures how a brand appears in AI-generated answers across engines such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and provides reports and recommendations to improve that visibility. Measurements reflect AI engine outputs at the time of each scan; AI engines change continuously, and results are estimates of visibility, not guarantees of placement, ranking, or business outcomes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email and use the Service only for domains and brands you are authorized to represent.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Self-serve plans (Starter, Growth) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid period and is not prorated. Done-for-you (Get Cited) and Agency engagements are governed by a separate order or statement of work.
5. Refunds
If the Service materially fails to deliver and we cannot resolve it, contact us within 14 days of a charge at hello@knewsearch.com and we will review a refund in good faith. Except as required by law, fees are otherwise non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, reselling access except under an authorized Agency arrangement, scraping beyond your plan, or using the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI visibility results are complete, error-free, or that following recommendations will produce specific results. AI engines are third-party systems outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnewSearch and Hendricks Agency LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
